Humber Tech Park is a consented AI data centre in North Lincolnshire, near the Humber estuary.
It will be one of the largest data centres in Europe.
It will see North Lincolnshire become a European hub for the AI industry, and help to secure the future of Britain’s digital economy.
Humber Tech Park means as much as £3 billion coming to the area in foreign direct investment.
When operational, many hundreds of people will work in new, well-paid jobs, and contribute to the local economy.
There will be new infrastructure for local people and organisations, and new funds for local education and training.
Biodiversity will be significantly improved at the site, which will be landscaped and see new tree planting and ponds.
In the global race to support the latest digital industries, North Lincolnshire is about to make its mark.
North Lincolnshire Council granted planning permission in August 2024.
